Late Fees and Cancellations
If you arrive more then 10 minutes late their will be a late fee of $10. If you're late more than 15 minutes without communicating with V The MUA your appointment will be cancelled.

A upcharge fee will be applied to the following appointment types:
Travel fee will be $20 for up to 20 minutes of travel time. Depending on the travel time over 20 minutes will be $40 & applied to your balance.
Same day appointments $10 upcharge fee
Holidays will be a $30 upcharge fee (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve/Day)
Any appointments before 10am will have a $20 early morning fee applied.
Sunday's are my day off so if you need to book a appointment their will be a upcharge fee of $20
Cancellation
If you NO CALL NO SHOW your appointment will be canceled & you will have to pay for a completely new appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
You will receive a appointment confirmation text 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You MUST reply to the text with ‘YES’ to confirm your appointment or it will be cancelled.
Please DO NOT bring anyone with you to your appointment who is not receiving a service.
